Things are moving along quickly now. We should be setting up the box this weekend and hope to be open for training in early April. Check back here for more details.

CrossFit Seven class times:

MON.	6am	9am	3:30pm	4:15pm	5pm	6pm
TUE.	6 am	9 am		4:15 pm	5 pm	6 pm
WED.	6 am	9 am	3:30 pm	4:15 pm	5 pm	6 pm
THUR.	6 am	9 am		4:15 pm	5 pm	6 pm
FRI.	6 am	9 am	3:30 pm	4:15 pm	5 pm
SAT.		9 am	OPEN GYM 10–11:15 am

TRX classes also available: Sundays at 4 pm; Mondays and Wednesdays at 7 pm.

Rates
$105.00 per month 2 classes per week
$120.00 per month 3 classes per week
$135.00 per month 4 classes per week
$150.00 per month unlimited classes

Personal Training $50 per session
