Its a big weekend here in Fort Worth…..and no I am not talking about Mayfest. The Southwest Regional Qualifier for the Crossfit Games is Saturday and Sunday at GSX. The best Crossfit athletes from this section of the country will be in town and competing for the few prized spots to advance to the Crossfit Games which are July 11-12 in Aromas, Ca.. Look for the folks in the sporty C7 t-shirts. We will be there cheering Dutch, Spencer, Ken, Raif and the other amazing athletes on. Then maybe go and have a beer or 4.
