    Thanks for the shout out, you know I love the Metcons! Was considering Angie but 100 straight p/u (yes, going to go w/o band) would guarantee a rip. Love the extra sweat from all the Du’s (I can actually do those now). Looking forward to a belly sweat workout. Ali

    Tough WOD for me today. I still need to get better at pull ups (but no rips today).

    I would’ve finished those double unders faster if I knew I could’ve beaten Newley.
