I was bad at dinner last night. Went to Buttons with a buddy. Lamb chops, some rice thing with artichokes & chorizo, jalapeno cheese grits, creme brulee and a glass of wine. Time to pay up.

Scaled WOD to help with the knees – 20 PP (55#), 400 m run, 25 squats, 400 m run, 25 squats, 400 m run, 25 squats, 20 PP – 12:06. Good stuff – thank you Ryan!!
PS The ice cup – BRILLIANT! That worked really well and actually felt pretty good! (Thank you Dutch!)
