    I LIKE the sign 🙂

Today’s WOD, where to begin…I got to seven totally whipped from the day and didn’t want to do anything! Ryan and Erik tried their hardest to talk me into something, despite my best efforts to say no (peer pressure!). My knees have been hurting, so Ryan made me a special WOD:
    3 rounds for time
    Row 300 m
    30 situps
    Run 400 m

15:37 (Erik had the exact same time!)

After about 30 minutes, I honestly did feel better for doing WOD, and I REALLY appreciate Ryan and Erik supporting me through!

I’ve said before the last few weeks of school are like the 9 round of Fran, everyday, no recovery. It can be exhausting. I have two commitments for the next few weeks until summer starts! First, I’m taking one week of rest – my body needs it, along with lots of stretching.

Second, I’m going to make a better effort to pace myself each day, so that I have plenty left for WOD each day. It’s going to be tough because the last six weeks are the toughest. But, I figure if I can do MURPH, FRAN, JACKIE, etc., the last six weeks should be easy, right??? 🙂

Amie hang in there at school. I can only imagine how difficult it is keeping up with all those (hoodlums) students. I agree if you can tough out Crossfit you can tough out 6 more weeks. I read an article in the Crossfir journal about Tabating your day at work. Maybe you could try it. Anyways. It’s glad to hear things are going well and you have Summer right around the corner.
