    On the possibility of a failure to deadlift resulting in stroke:

    Deadlifts that are too heavy to pull generally don’t take very long; the bar just kinda lays there.

    So if trying to move immovable objects was dangerous from the standpoint of stroke, the history of the human race would be littered with stupid people’s corpses.

    That WOD was GREAT! Longer than I expected (21:10), but overall, GREAT! I’m impressed with Courtney’s WOD, as it was her first go-round with pc’s, and she did great! Ruben did awesome as well!

    Definitely need some quality time with the foam roller…

    Didnt get to this WOD… Andy and I did CrossfitFootball at home. It was pretty good, and Amie….. I got ALL the chest to bar! Its on!!!
