    I’m not sure which is worse…the short MURPH or the big clean I have to do in the kitchen – split a half gallon of milk on the floor this am, as well as a pot of coffee that ended up under the regrigerator (long story)…gotta move the fridge and get to work! (I LOVE MURPH, btw!) Will try to make the 6:00 class, but it’s not looking good at this point…does mopping for time count? 🙂

    Contract the N1H1 Virus and flush it out of your system… for time… A DNF is obviously not good on this one folks…

    Mopping for time: 32 minutes – totally sucked. I will be back for CrossFit WOD tomorrow and really looking forward to it!

    How do you spill both milk and coffee? It takes real talent. It’s the same talent I used when I made my nostrils touch my eyeballs doing snatches a while back…

    Ryan, I like both of the last two days of WOD…I may come up with a hybrid and do that tomorrow! 🙂

    More details on the Coffee and the milk. Where you doing snatches with the gallon of milk and cleans with the coffee? Sounds like a rough morning, hope your day got better.

    Of course I was doing snatches with the milk! The coffee, I did OHS 🙂

    I kid, I kid. Mostly it was all a product of high clutz factor at 5 am! The milk – I wasn’t paying attention and didn’t sit it all the way on the shelf, it fell, the lid popped off, and I spilled half of it. (I was sad because I just opened it too!)

    No sooner did I get that cleaned up, and the coffee fell off of the cabinet into the tee-tiny space between the cabinet and regfrigerator, spilling all down the side of the fridge and under it. I really don’t know what happened here…

    The mopping was pretty gross, but thanks to CrossFit, I could move the fridge back and forth pretty easily! It’s all clean now, and the house smells like Starbucks.

    Like I said, real talent! It was just an early 5 am mishap, haha…
