100ft walking lunge with dumbells
24 inch Box Jumps, 30 reps
Weighted pull-ups, 20 reps

    Special Thanks to Ryan for making this WOD only three rounds…I’m trying to think of a WOD that I’ve done that broke me as bad as this one did – I don’t think I can, and I’ve done some stupidly hard WODs! Pretty please don’t ever make us do this one again.

    Time: 17:02 (subbed 30 OHS for lunges, modified 10 pullups).

    23 minutes flat with 35# dumbells (You’re welcome, Brent), 20# pullups and 24″ box jumps. Fighting off pukie prevented me from finishing the last set of pullups faster.

    Great job everyone! Especially Brent. I can remember when you couldn’t do one pullup and you just knocked out 90 at 20# extra.

    I am feeling the affects of this workout today. It was probably the hardest workout I have ever done. Being a CF newbie is probably the reason. Look forward to getting better.
