    I did yesterdays today…. took me a good 24 minutes. What the?!? Looks like everyone else did it under 16! I did 95# full squat cleans/split jerk, but still!! Every clean was a single. Ugh.

    I totally agree with whoever posted about working out by yourself vs. with others. It makes a HUGE difference. Wish I could work out with you guys!

    School this week has kicked me in the rear end! I have zero gas left in the tank today :(. Will get to bed early and be at the box tomorrow. 10 more days, and I get to start CrossFit Heaven, the sequel 🙂
