“Barbara”
Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

    Where is everybodys comments??
    Had a good one from MaxFit (couldnt do pullups today due to a tear)

    15 clean and jerk (95)
    run 100m
    10 clean and jerk (105)
    run 200m
    5 clean and jerk (115)
    run 400
    9:45
    Felt the lactic acid in that last run.

    Rowed 500m – 1:47

    That was rough! It was for me anyway. 5 Rounds; 43:49 total with rest time. 31:49 worth of ‘holy crap!’ work.

    Took me 22:20. Ryan, I think your time on the board at GSX was 17 something. That time isn’t even in my sights.
