    School is kicking my rear…I’m hoping to get to bed early tonight and get back to WOD tomorrow. Six more days!

    Looking forward to the Grand Opening! Is it potluck food/beverages? What can I bring???

    This was a good workout. Still have a lot to improve on. 134 reps not very good. Will continue to improve

    I liked this workout. My thrusters suck but my pull-up were better (blue band). Still working on my kip. Only 126 reps. I’m looking forward to trying this one out again because I know I can do more.
