    21-15-9, DL, HC&J – 85# – 16:26. I was pretty disappointed with my time -felt like I was going in slow-mo today! UGH!

    I've eaten not very zone (actually not at all zone) for the last two weeks or so, and it's really caught up with my in my WODs. I saw it on Monday and more so today. I've eaten clean the past few days and only look for that to improve my WODs!

    The other thing I realized today was how badly I need to work on cleans, speed through the middle, and not bending my arms. It's a consistent issue that I want to work on this summer and get better at. I'm really re-thinking my summer goals now! I will decided what they are in the next couple of days and post…

    Oh, and one other thing – Ryan, thanks for the heavy weight today – I need to do that more often! I like the challenge of the heavy weight, but don’t always know what to pick – please continue to help me with that – I really appreciate it!

    You know, it's sure nice to not be censored on this site. My WOD from Wednesday was:


    45X5, 135X5, 225X5, 315X3, 345X4, 345X1

    Weighted Pull-up

    45X5, 70X4+1; 80, 90 & 100 – singles. Failed to get my chin over the bar on 100.

    30 GHD situps

    Glad to be back in town and see y'all tomorrow morning 6am sharp. (probably dull)
