I did Grace last week, and now, I’ve got some work to do! Messed around with push jerks today – 115 was as far as I could go today – 125 felt HEAVY and not happening. I looked up my PR, and it’s 121, so 115 is ok for today.
I spent more time hanging out and gabbing than actually working out, haha…
