mini “Kalsu”
On the minute:
Complete 5 burpees and perform max rep 95 lbs thrusters on the minute.
The goal is to complete 60 total thrusters.
*At the beginning of every minute perform 5 burpees, for the rest of the minute perform as many thrusters as you can during that minute. At the beginning of the next minute perform 5 burpees and then max rep thrusters and so on until you reach 60 total thrusters.
Post the total number of minutes it took to reach 60 thrusters.

did this one at the firehall with some rookies I used 95# and went to 100 thrusters in 18:50. Tony G.

50 thrusters, 11:02, 65# to start and had to drop down to 55#. This was HARD! Thank goodness for ice bath…

I forgot to mention – EVERYONE did AWESOME on this WOD today, regardless of your time. This WOD is one of the toughest I've ever done, and more than once, I wanted to quit. I'm more than impressed with the work output today!
