16.5 miles on the road bike this morning.
Wow. Did main site WOD today. I think girl weight is 135#…. I did 110#. It was like doing 23 sets of 3 Front Squats for me. 27 minutes. Less than stellar.
I've been waiting on the AC guy, for time. So far, he's winning because he's still not here.
I was SUPER pumped about today's main site WOD, but I don't think I'm going to get up there today. Will do that one tomorrow.
