As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 minutes of:

2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings

    Well I did it, if you can really call it "Doing It". I cant do a muscle up so I did pullup/dip combo, my handstand pushups are WEAK, but I did do the 1.5pd kettlebell and hurt my back. 10 rounds.

    I took the day off. Planned rest day. Good job, Angie. If you can do chest to bar pullups we can learn ya to do a muscle up.
