Great WOD for a Tursday. Going to be a battle after DT. I second the bring it on.
I wonder what the workout will be on Thuesday…
My summer school students ask me at least once an hour, "What is today?" They didn't get it when I said, "Tursday." They said, "But yesterday was Monday…"
Tursday is my official rest day.

I had two things go wrong with this WOD-
1. Didn't know how to do a pullup burpee. Did my burpee and then jumped to the bar to pullup.
2. My rower stopped working. So I did 3:30 min for 750m and 2:30 min for the 500m.
NIce and sweaty…
Rode my mountain bike 32 miles over 12,000' altitude. Monarch Crest Trail. Pics coming when I get hold of a USB cable. Please prepare a cheap(stolen) bicycle for when I return.
