    just did DT-Five rounds for time
    155 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
    155 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
    155 pound Push jerk, 6 reps
    11:28 PR going to try the 5 rounds for time of:
    10 burpees
    10 front squats
    155 lbs for men later this afternoon hopefully

    OHS – 105 – 115 – 125 – 135(PR!) – 130 (Failed and almost knocked myself out bailing!)
    PP 90 – 100 – 105 -95 -100
    PJ 85 – 85 -95 (DNF last two sets)

    I don't know what happened on PP and PJ – I just couldn't lift anything heavy and somewhere along the way, I hurt myself. My neck has a crick (sp!) in it now! YEOUCH! I'm turning into female-Andy – everytime I do a WOD, I hurt myself 🙂
