155 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
155 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
155 pound Push jerk, 6 reps

    Did DT yesterday – 12:13, I think. 80lbs

    Did "running with DT" today – three rounds, run 400 m, 9 DL, 9 HPC, 3 PJ – 90 lbs, 11:15.

    I like this WOD – it reminds me of Grace! Looking forward to rest day tomorrow – this was the first time in a LONG time I did 4 days in a row of WODs – love the summer!

    Did DT Friday as rx'd 11:28 pr. So did 5 rds of 7 OHS at 95# and 7 burpee box jumps 24"-7:49. Did tabata sit-ups, air squats, and push ups after for a total of 317.
