    This WOD was TOUGH! Pukie was definitely hanging around….Matt – impressive time! I couldn't keep up with Matt and fell back into group 2 with Kyle and Chris. Both helped me a lot stay on track – thank you! My time was 27:00 something, not faster than Newley – MAN!

    it was me, but i almost died…. 17:22
    i cooled down by going to a plyometrics class
    with my wife, but i compensated by doubling
    the chicken on my chipotle bowl
