    Today was a GLORIOUS day! First WOD to move weight since the ankle incident '09. So far, so good, will see how the ankle feels later tonight and in the am…

    WOD – had to do clean and press (105#) and singles on the DU's. 18:51.

    The VERY best part was how easy the pullups were. Today, I found a good rhythm, and they were pretty easy. That was EXCITING!

    Sat. I ran a 5K in Weatherford Sat morning. Bad news I re-injured my already injured calf. It was a terrible course. Up hill after the 1st 1600m. More hills after that and boom there went my leg!
    Good news is I sported my CF7 shirt. 21st overall and won my age group. Gold medal for a good cause. Weatherford animal shelter.
