    It was really fun to watch everyone lift HEAVY today!! Very exciting!!! I really enjoyed being able to watch, and I was impressed with the totals that came out!
    Though Kyle told me at one point, I looked sad – I was sad to miss out on the fun!

    Made up yesterday's WOD today – it took FOREVER – 27 something, and I only did 135 on DL, but it felt good to finish.

    Great numbers put up indeed. AC tore up the DL. 265…I think. Andrew also dominated the DL. 405…I think. Of course, Platt smoked us all with 1050 total…I think. But for the Platt kids I could remember my total, but it was 160+300+385=845…I think.

    Did a crossfit football wod today at the firehall 21-15-9 push press 135#-ring dips-burpees-sumo deadlift high pull sub for lack of rower 9:59. Andy what was your CFT?

    thats still a good day of lifting great job I will have to give it a shot pretty soon. I still need to work on my deadlift as well though
