    Thats too heavy. Should be 115 to gear towards the cardio. Just my opinion.

    Watching the 4:30 class today totally fired me up, and I wanted to WOD today SO BADLY! So, I came home and did tabata situps and pushups:
    situps:15/15/15/14/11/12/10/9
    pushups:12/13/12/10/12/13/12/10

    I tried to squat and just couldn't. I looked around to see if I could use something like a KB and was going to try KBS with a paint can – given my recent track record, I decided that might not be a good idea…I'm really hoping to be able to lift something tomorrow….not being able to WOD is TOUGH!

    I was really impressed with the 4:30 class – everyone did so well!

    Also, I learned today that in order to prepare for WOD tomorrow, I need to walk around in shoes ALL day 🙂
