    30 double unders
    25:36 that was brutal legs were still toast after saturday class and bonus front squats no excuse though should have been faster thanks again Amie for pushing me toward my pr on the front squat

    Today was the first day back at school and first day of my extended rest period – gotta get my ankle to quit swelling up! The teachers at school had a good laugh when they found out I was hurt again!!
