    What's the rx'd weight – 135/95?

I think we should start naming these WODs cause they're too ingenius to not receive a name. Well done Ryan.

this sucked. this was harder to motivate myself through, than the filthy fifty. i let go of the barbell every rep, i did sets of 5 pullups. it was a hard workout.

As rx'd, 4 rds (I'm still moving a little slow!). I wanted to drop the weight down, and I'm glad I did not. Got 10 pullups IN A ROW on the first round – that was EXCITING!

Great turnout for the 4:30 class! Everyone did a bang up job!

What's a good website to order some lifting shoes? I'm sure Ryan is tired of me borrowing his.

    Kyle-
It depends on what kind of shoes you want. I got mine at VS Athletics

    Do-wins are here

The adidas shoes I think you can get just about anywhere online – you may have to google that one.

    Hope that helps!

    5 rounds 3 bear 3 pullups.

I cratered somewhere around 14 or 15 minutes left. Completed only one full round during that time.
