    Did "karabel" this morning as rx'd 135# and 20# 15:48. Angie your time rocked again by the way great job. Amie keep your head up this injury will pass.

    135# nearly squashed me… But after a few rounds, the 20# was killing me.
    15 miles on the bike this morn 45 mins
