Had never done KB one-arm snatches before. Feels like someone beat on the inside of my lower biceps with a hammer for about an hour. I'm sure that's because my form was jacked.

I'm just hurting when I try and straighten my arm and when I stand up or walk. Everything else is fine. Except my lats are really sore from the 120 pullups.

Grace is my favorite "Girl" WOD. Ryan made a Grace sandwich with 1000m rows – that's crazy talk! Will be interested to see how everyone does! Day 2 of extended rest…rest just isn't that much fun, but I keep reminding myself there are great gains made in rest 🙂
