Newly, that time is better than I have done in the 3 times it has come up. Good job.
That is a solid time. The best I've ever seen on this is 11-12.
Tweaked a muscle or something around my upper spine lower neck doing the C&Js yesterday. Once again, I'm sure bad form is the culprit.
Great group at 6 yesterday. Killer effort by everyone.
