    That is a solid time. The best I've ever seen on this is 11-12.

    Tweaked a muscle or something around my upper spine lower neck doing the C&Js yesterday. Once again, I'm sure bad form is the culprit.

    Great group at 6 yesterday. Killer effort by everyone.

    My goal is to be back doing WODs by Friday – lots of stretching to do between now and then!

    Angie, Andy and I went to CM for dinner, and we got to meet Ryan's mother-in-law – She came over and asked, "Are you guys CrossFitters?" 🙂
