    Angie it's great to see your posts again great work this week by the way. Did Mondays bear pull up burpee wod today at the firehall with 135#. 7 rds. Wow that was tough.

    Had to do regular Karen today – PR 8:35.

    I need to figure out a way to get off my ankle during the day at school (which is impossible!)because by the time I get to WOD, it's so sore and swollen. I'm pretty frustrated with it at the moment…

    My snatch needs work. (There's no pleasant way to say this.) Warming up with 55# and started WOD with that but it was too light. Once the WOD started, I got into a zone and was doing ok on the snatch. Ryan added 10 more lbs to my bar, but was still probably too light. Wall balls were painful. My time still sucked at 16:0?. I need to quit worrying about just getting through the WOD's and get some balls and lift heavier weight. ac
