		<description>My snatch needs work.  (There&#039;s no pleasant way to say this.)  Warming up with 55# and started WOD with that but it was too light.  Once the WOD started, I got into a zone and was doing ok on the snatch.  Ryan added 10 more lbs to my bar, but was still probably too light.  Wall balls were painful.  My time still sucked at 16:0?.  I need to quit worrying about just getting through the WOD&#039;s and get some balls and lift heavier weight. ac</description>

I&#039;m pretty frustrated with it at the moment...</description>
