		<description>12:36 as rx&#039;d 135#. Took a few days off did some wods here and there times sucked so I haven&#039;t been posting. Getting back on track now though with another tough wod from Ryan. Looks like everyone has been turning in some great times,and Amie good to hear your ankle will be ok keep hanging in there.</description>

Legs are still feeling it from Wednesday&#039;s nightmare.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 defense attorneys have come into docket this morning saying Platt has recruited them to participate in FGB tomorrow. It would be worth getting up early just to see them get completely waxed by FGB.</description>
