    Very nice. Love the Hero WODs. Interested to see if anyone can do sub-20. Imagine those last 50 PUs are murder.

    Why Paleo versus Zone? Doesn't CFHQ recommend Zone? And I think I heard Khalipa say he doesn't follow either Paleo or Zone, but does stay away from fried food and sugar. Like many topics, seems to be a lot of support on all sides with evidence supporting all sides.

    in the 100 words of fitness crossfit hq says eat lean meats, fruits, vegatables, nuts and seeds (paleo). zone is mostly about portioning with a few restrictions on what you can eat. i've never understood the controversy on this issue. as i see it crossfit has always basically been paleo/zone.

    ok. AFTER the beer fest that I drank last nite, I had the Dirty Love Burger sans bun. Delish and totally paleo (ithink).

    Morning – coffee. If I eat before WOD, I see it.

    Post WOD – going to friends house and could NOT have another burger, so ran into Albertsons for turkey meat, and an apple and unsweet tea. Dont know if thats paleo, but Im sick of water. AND IT AINT DIET COKE. Not really that satisfying of a lunch, but more out of necessity.

    Home – Lara Bar (so I wouldnt eat these AMAZING peach muffins I made…)

    Dinner plans – roast chicken, spinach salad with nuts/avocado/dried fruit and my kick ass dressing. Will get you the recipe.
