Goal of workout is to do 75 thrusters
The twist is at every minute on the minute until you complete the 75 thrusters you will have to do 5 burpees.

Thruster weight is Fran.

    The good news is if you don't finish in 20 minutes, Ryan cuts you off. So you have that going for ya!

    My back hurts still from my deadlift warmup last WED!!! Thats what happens when you don't respect the weight. I learned my lesson. Anyway, as soon as I recover I will get after the CF7 wods, including Diane and Grace, and maybe this awful one you have everyone doing today.

    I think this is an old Crossfit Football WOD with the prescribed number at 100 or 150. We should be THANKING Ryan, not cursing him!!!
    Still gonna suck…

    100 thrusters @ 135lbs?

    I think I can do 1 @ 135lbs. Therefore my time would be 5 seconds.

    Angie's right, this is an old CrossFit Football workout that is modified down. It is a tough workout but a great one. Dont be intimidated get pumped up and come kick its ass! This type of workout makes strong people and you know what Rip says "strong people are harder to kill"

    not only is it a football wod, it's a hero football wod called kalsu. named after a nfl (buffalo bills) player who died in vietnam. 100 135lb. thrusters w 5 burpees on the minute until done. took me over 31 minutes. awful. so yes you should all thank ryan for his generous mercy.

    WODs like these are good because you find out what you are made of and just how far you can go. This WOD was TOUGH, but I liked it. 60 reps, 13:06, 65#.

    Andy gave me some great advice before I started, and don't think I did less than 7 reps any round – I may be making that up though….

    Well from the tall, weak and old perspective – this was not all that horrid. For fat me its the fricking burpies that suck. Not bitching, nobody made me eat those damn donuts.

    I'd say I did 40 with a weeny weight, but my squats were not deep enough to count.

    Lucas was a his usual God self.

    Some other guy who is usually pretty good had a pussy attack and played with a jump rope while the real woman and men suffered.

    Jump rope along with rowing being the only two crossfit things I can do, I shall school this young lad when the time comes.

    I did this…and won't do it again.
    13:02 with 65#. Including what could have been a nervous breakdown midway. Thanks to Andrew for pushing me through!
