    Tonight is Open House at school, though what you guys are doing sounds like much more fun! I'm curious to hear about the WOD and how everyone did!

    Got an appointment to see an orthopedic/sports injury doc on Thursday – anxious to hear what the news is on my ankle. Until I know for sure, going to hold off on WODs, but I'll drop in to cheer you guys on!!

    Excellent workout today.

    185# missed one rep in the 7th minute. All reps full squat. I definitely didn't want any part of the snatches. Did 115# snatches and although I missed the first rep it was not difficult to make it up. I should've stayed at 135#.

    Yeah, weight choice was EVERYTHING in this WOD. I chose wrong. Smarter next time.

    Another great WOD by RS. Wussed out and did power cleans. Still challenging. First time to snatch and it was ugly. Ended up doing high snatch followed by overhead squat. Something else to work on. One of the great things about CF – always several areas to improve.

    I tried 100# and it was brutal. Ended up doing 3 rounds at 95# then dropping off 10 lbs due to horrific form and no possiblity of a squat. Basically, did 85#. I'm a wimp. But…"that's not my name!" Will film a little of the Ting Tings for you tomorrow night!
