    I am already on the paleo diet so this would not be a big jump for me. But for those of you not doing paleo, I think this would be a fantastic way to really make a difference. I highly recommend it.

    Im in. Sara, lets do it PERFECTLY until the MudRun. Then we can cheat like theres no tomorrow!
    Today – eggs/salsa
    Snack – almonds
    Lunch – chicken/apple w/almond butter
    Snack – 1/2 Think Thin Bar (NOT paleo, need a better snack)
    Dinner – beef/asparagus

    I'm in.

    Pretty much done this before in a calorie restricted mode. Great for loosing weight while maintaining energy.

    For me, keeping a dead honest food log is a plus.

    Angie – on the snack thing. I went with very spicy jerky with good results.

    If ya like to cook, this is a great flavor resource with a store in FTW


    The down side, I'll feel like Homer Simpson having beer dreams.
