    Great workout! Push press was difficult not to do jerks as I was getting tired. rowing was not the rest I thought it would be… 250m was a hard distance. DU were the rest for me. Never thought I would say that.

    Last wod for me.. FirefighterCombat challenge is this weekend!

    Andy – 14:14…great 4:30 class! :)

    Went to DR. today – glad to find out it is only an ankle sprain – got a great brace and some steroids, to reduce inflammation – a CrossFitters dream! :) Three weeks of rest ahead.

    walk on it amie. if its just a sprain, walk on it as best you can. it will heal back stronger. just sayin.

    Amie, Airrosti can fix your ankle in 1 to 3 visits and you will not have to sit out for 3 weeks. Ken made a great point. Definitely exercise it and move it alot so that it heals better. If you immmobilze it, it will bother you for a long time. Just sayin.
