    i like the new picture but what in the hell kinda workout is going there? it's chaos! i mean andy staring at a bar in the way of a guy doing lunges and angie talking to her hand. c'mon!

    Did yesterday 3 rounds for time of
    400m run
    15 deadlift @ body weight
    20 overhead weighted lunge steps (45/25)
    14:14 brutal stuff Ryan keep it going!

    19 miles on the roadie bike with john today, under an hour.

    practiced the firefighter combat challenge course today. had been running the event in 2:30. ran it in 2:05 today. thanks CF7
