I wanted to go twice as long as Andy – mission accomplished
My time was terrible today – worst Helen ever. Injury or not, I don't like finishing last.
Progress made: I was able to run more today than on Saturday, and my hands did not rip from the pullups!

Ya should have come at 6 so you could have somebody to beat hopping on your good leg.
12 something with a rubber on the pull ups, but I am about to go thinner on that cheater gizmo.
Notice to all my fellow tall brothers and sister, I am getting skinny faster then you can get stronger. Getting beat by an old hippie is embarrassing – don't let it happen.
Much appreciate your not giggling while I try.

Did yesterdays wod seems like I'm always playing catch up. Anyway as rx'd with 155# 14:15. Sounds like everyone did great with Helen. Except Andy, dude it's totally CF7 fault. Some people would love to have a sub 10 Helen though, so don't beat yourself up about it.
