    Very nice Ryan. First time we've had muscle ups I think. Great combo and speed and power with this one. Looking forward to it.

    By the way that was me (the real AG) above. which is how I will be addressing myself from now on. Or until the fake AG starts saying "the real AG" then I will have to find something new again. And since its as easy as reading these posts, I imagine that will happen very soon. So, I will go ahead and change it now to be 2 steps ahead so I will be addressing myself as "Geesbreght-8635649_" from now on.

    12 something. HSPUs are the bane of my existence. Just need to get stronger. Great WOD though. Everyone had great effort.
