    Oh boy. This one is a doozy. Even the half is a battle royal. I think the rules allow partitioning on the pulls, pushes and squats. Is that right?

    I was VERY impressed by the times put up today-GREAT WORK!!!!

    (Hoping to be back at it by next Thursday! I definitely have a lot of catching up to do with everyone!)

    Might have made it in sub 18 but I stopped to dry heave a couple times on the last 800.
