run 1/2 mile
50 pull ups
100 push ups
150 squats
run 1/2 mile
Reminder: The 9:30 am Tuesday, Thursday classes start this Thursday.

    Oh boy. This one is a doozy. Even the half is a battle royal. I think the rules allow partitioning on the pulls, pushes and squats. Is that right?

    I was VERY impressed by the times put up today-GREAT WORK!!!!

    Might have made it in sub 18 but I stopped to dry heave a couple times on the last 800.
