    Killer 6 class yesterday. The best thing is to see so many people making huge gains. The hard work is starting to show.

    Andrew dominated Jackie. And the scary thing is I think he could have gone faster.

    Ryan does a great job running the box.

    Looks like another fun one. Bring it.

    Today was a long day…WOD was great, but it took me forever – my legs are TIRED! My time was 19:45 something.

    Morale of the story: when your body says REST, it's a good idea to rest. I'm the worst about that. With any luck though, I will be in bed asleep by 7:30 🙂

    roadie ride,30 min TT: 11.5 miles

    50x 205# deadlift
    150x pushups
    10 minutes.

    Not to get too graphic, but I sat down to do my bathroom business this morning and there was severe ass pain. Those lunges are brutal.

    Andrew sat this one out. Manton smoked with 9:45 or something. I think I was 10:03.
