    Is it bad I checked the blog last night and dreamed about Cindy? Then, I woke up at 4:30 and decided to come in this morning like a kid on Christmas.

    Here is the foam roller (you want the first one that is $34 – it's the BEST one! The picture shows a half one – the first one is a whole round one.)

    Cindy PR – 20 rds! Was going for 17 then I turned into a robot during the last 3. Thanks Aime for stretching me out after, because I can't lift my arms.

    The Pullup Club is for those of us who have to work a bit at that, no point in your joining of course.

    OTOH there is the, I Will Not Cheat The WOD Club.
