10:10 with 135. I was running the last 400 hanging behind Bo, getting ready to pass him at the end. We hit the parking lot and I sprinted past, about 2 seconds ahead of him. Later we had this conversation:

    Bo: What was your time?
Andy: About 2 seconds faster than yours.
Bo: Did you start in group one or two?
Andy: (uh-oh) One. Were you in two?
    Bo: Mm-hm.

    Oh well.

    Amie –
You are a wonderful teacher. One of the rules of Crossfit is to "play new sports" and I love that you are adding the Olympic warm up. Its a new sport to a lot of people there. You are doing great!
