    FYI, this is a wod that was posted on the main site a few days ago. I actually am going to change it to 4rds unless you wanna do 5. Most people did 4rds this morning.

    I was messing around with trying to learn the technique of the lift, when I realized I was in the presence of a moment of greatness.

    Lucas was just amazing tonight. In the four months I've been coming to CF7, I have never seen such total 100% pure fucking heart put into a WOD.
