    I was thinking about doing that but I hate to skip a workout named after me. And there was no way I was going to try on the 50.

    Back Squat – 45X5, 135X5, 185X5, 225X5, 275X5X3

    Press – 45X5, 95X5, 135X2, 145X4, 145X3, 135X5

    Squats totally drained me. I wasn't ready for a press that heavy.
