Filthy 50 today in between 4:30 & 6pm class. Anyone?
You don't have to avoid the question, a simply answer would suffice.
I was thinking about doing that but I hate to skip a workout named after me. And there was no way I was going to try on the 50.

Squats totally drained me. I wasn't ready for a press that heavy.
