Squat – 45×5, 135X5, 225X5, 245X3, 275X2 305X3, 305X1
Bench – 135X5, 185X5, 205X5, 235X4
Power Clean – 135 for 5 singles, 155 for five singles, 185 for five singles.
I haven't done a clean in a few weeks. I could definitely tell. I felt sluggish and was not finishing the pull.
