    didn't have a medicine ball for wallballs… had to use a 1 pood kbell and threw it at 8ft target.

    John had a monster 5×5 deadlift at 375lbs.

    I did 5 rounds:
    4 muscle ups
    6 deadlifts 225lbs
    10 burpees
    9 min I think.
