    One arm overhead lounges would be a first for me. Im taking a break from lifting and doing a 10 minute Cindy tonight.

    5 rounds of 7 315 lb deadlift and 21 double jumps. My time was either 4:30 or 5:40. I lost track of rounds so I have to ask Ken what I got on this last time to figure out what my time was this time.
