Does that mean quit if you are still going at 5 minutes? What do you do if you finish in 4? Keep going?
Bo,Like we talked about yesterday, i want you to scale so you can finish around 5 minutes. Its much different than a 2 minute fran as well as a 10 minute fran.
How well do you know your abilities??
That answers my question. To answer yours, I am still a newb to CF so I heavily rely on the instructors for input and guidance. If I had to guess though, I doubt I could do an rxd weight on this and finish in 5.

Andrew, per Dutch's post above, you clearly did not scale properly. I know you said you wanted to focus on the really short metcons, but come on!
Let's add weight and make it a 20 minute fran.
