5 deadlift
30 double unders/100 skips

    Squatted 295×5 yesterday. Pressed 140×5.

    I plan yo eat everything I see during the holidays and continue to squat heavy twice a week.

    "Quarter Gone bad" last night..

    5 rounds
    115lb thrusters (rx'd is 135)
    50 lb weighted pullups
    Burpees
    (Work for 15 seconds then rest for 45 seconds and rotate stations)

    I maintained same #s pretty much the whole time.
    6 thrusters, 8 pullups, and 9 Burpees.

    Second work out for today, DL at 275#, almost all DU's unbroken. 5:21, was hoping for sub 5 but just didn't happen.
